I got notification at the beginning of this month that my payment did not go through Paypal. I changed payment methods to my checking account. Istaria tried again and I saw that it failed again. I went in to check to make sure my changes took effect. They did. My checking account has enough to cover my payment. Today I get an email that my account has been cancelled. I tried the link at the bottom of the email and it came back that it is not supported and to file a ticket. I tried that and don't have permission to file a ticket. What is going on here? I know that I have been absent for a while but have been paying the Grandfather monthly payment for quite some time and now they cancel my account? Maybe someone is telling me to move on. How do I let support know that I am having issues if I can't even get hold of them? HELP!!!!!
