Fall Festival / Halloween Party!!!

All of Istaria is invited to Blight Shard on the weekend of 31 October for another CotT Guild on-line party! [See times below.]

We've been busy planning an everyone's invited party featuring the best of Istarian cuisine (mmmm, draggys... we'll even have some "Draconian Celebration Cake"!), fireworks (from 'small' to 'astounding'!) and fun (snowball fights and dragon races) with a few prizes thrown in!

Wear your bi-ped skelly costume, mask or dragon mask (we might even have a few to give away) and join in the fun!

The party will be held at the vacant Ambato Guild site via the W portal at Bristugo. [Non-Blighters be aware - you must now attune to Bristugo so enjoy your run from Kion! The skelly there is Lt. Khar and not a toon in costume! ]

this sounds like a lovely idea! i sadly will be busy on that evening but forgive me for asking but doesnt blight not support that many players? if you have large crowd.. i thought only 20 could be online at a time.. forgive me if i am mistaken

Yes, acting as a guide to help those running from Kion to Bristugo would be great; also, depending on how many come, we may need help distributing the food, fireworks and snowballs to players as they arrive and also with officiating at the draggy races.

Your offer of making a prize is fantastic (even if I am not high enough a level to know what a "100 level xstal" is - LOL!)! We have a few costumes for bi-peds to give away and are trying to organise some masks for draggys - they are in short supply on Blight.

Sorry you can't make it *this* time!

I am not certain how many can be hosted at one time on Blight but I am certain that I have seen more than twenty on at once (I have been on Blight since mid-April).

I guess we'll just have to wait and see and ask that players only log in one char and not double box with additional toons.

Yay! Party time draws nigh!

Ry and Lovwyrm and Paxaunu and Thum and other players and CotT Guild members have been busy gathering and making the food, fireworks, snowballs and draggy race prizes for our *all server* Fall Festival Party starting at 2pm US EDT on Saturday, 31 October at Ambato on Blight Shard (via Bristugo W portal). Please see other posts in this thread for complete details (including times for seven world time zones).

As you arrive Jacques Allantryn's helpers will be distributing all the goodies - be sure you get some of each and tune into the Fall Festival Chat Channel for anouncements regarding dragon races, etc.

Now, where did I leave my pumpkin pants and maggot chews...

Egads!!! Fall Festival / Halloween Party hours away and.... we have no power at home!!!

Coming to ya' from an internet cafe in Sydney's CBD - and currently downloading Horizons/Istaria with something like 25 minutes remaining. But, hey, I'm spreading the word and will leave a copy of I:CotG in their new games folder!!!

Grodec has supplied some draggy cake, Ry has made *tons* of yummy seasonal treats, Velveeta has supplied enuff snowballs to reverse global warming and the Party is *on*!!! [Heaps of players have helped and many thanks to you all.]

So, depending on numbers there will be flying dragon races for adults and ancients (oh, hey, you hatchies can run 'round the GH and sandpile!!!) - we've managed to score a couple of draggy masks for prizes... and I have a special zombie costume for the bi-ped winner of... well, we'll think of something!!! Free skelly costumes and recharges until they run out (for bi-peds only, sorry).

Be sure to log into the Fall Festival Chat Channel when you arrive on Blight (and don't forget that Bristugo attuning thing).

Oh no! I'm so sorry I missed this. I was checking the blight and main forums to see when details would be posted as to date/time and didn't see anything...
I never thought to look in this sub-forum!
