[Closed] resources hoardablw now or a bad bug?
as of update 175, I can CONFIRM and verified that all processed resources, tech components and even expert and master formulas have hoard value and can be hoarded. Is this change intended or is this a bug?
UPDATE: nearly everything has hoard value. except for a few formulas
