Default Now I remember why I hated Carpenter

(this is just a rant..I needed to get this out)

I activated this account after many years of sitting in the cubbyhole.

He was on his way to be a high level carpenter and for some reason I felt frustrated and canceled him before.

I am back and doing some carpentry work.

I bought my first plot since my return and was looking at the woody type items..Shrubs, trees, etc. thinking they should be easy to get started since they are based on wood...

I then realized they require more items from OTHER construction classes then carpenter?

Why would shrubs and trees take more Essence and Flax then wood? Isnt it a wood product? Isn't the base of the item wood?

Now I remember the frustration I had before from choosing carpenter...oh well

    /rant

PS I will still be a carpenter but will also be working other construction skills in the mean time

Well, imagine you would have been a mason - you would have thought then that boulders surely must be the easiest thing for masons to build, them being rock and all...

At least trees do take some wood.

A carpenter uses trees, he chops them up.

It's only logical that after you murder a tree it takes more than only the wood to make the tree whole again. (it's a miracle on it's own one can make trees and shrubs)
