[Fixed] quests from Lomak the healer bug.
the quests that Lomak the healer offers are still being offered even after completing them successfuly. I tried to relog and see if the bug cleared but same quests are being offered, I got the rewards and abilities for completing them, they are just still being offered when they shouldn't be.

Got it. Proper constraints weren't on the quests.
