Slow loading?

I used to play a while back and the loading times did not seem to take this long... it takes a couple minutes to load into Istaria after choose what character I am playing. This makes no sense to me since I now have a faster internet connection and computer....

running

Windows 7 x64
Intel Core i7 920
6gb Tri channel DDR3 1600mhz
Geforce GTX 285
Corsair 128gb SSD 220mb transfer rates
(running the game with everything maxed 40fps)

maybe its windows 7 x64? any ideas?

This happens when Istaria loads after all the patching. I have also noticed now that every time I load in my resolution is reset back to 800x600 although the game still thinks I am at 1680x1050, so I have to change my resolution to something other than those two and then back to 1680x1050 to get my resolution to be correct.

On a side note is there a way to run the game at 1920x1080? this is the native resolution of my monitor.

Do a search here on "screen resolution". I'm sure amon put an entry in somewhere on how to achieve the screen resolution that you need. I am in fact certain as I used that information earlier this year to achieve 1920 x 1200
