    Would it be helpful to add a drop down to provide the operating system when submitting tickets, specifically dealing with performance issues? I've seen some XP users mention that they experience decreased performance since the Vista client was released and would it help to isolate issues if the OS information is provided in advance? I'm sure at some point it gets drilled down to that point.

    Maybe because it only comes up under categories that "make sense" (where that information is needed). So, for example, it doesn't show up for "Unity Transfers" tickets.
