In the western deadlands I had engulf IV cast on me and after I detoxified myself the damage went away but the icon of the engulf stay on my buff bar till I went Link Dead.

Thats not an icon bug then. Not even sure why it would have done this, nor how to recreate it.

I've noticed this occurring quite frequently with blight debuffs if you die. When you recall or get rezzed, the debuff icon stays on your icon bar although the effect itself is gone. Getting debuffed with the same debuff does not get rid of the "dead" icon.
