Pale hatchlings are not counting. Many many many dragons are very upset that these TC bugs are not fixed yet and they can't do their AROP.

I believe this was fixed in the latest delta on Blight, so it should be on live servers soon. I know 2 dragons on Blight who were waiting for it to be fixed so they could do ARoP and they both did ARoP this past weekend, so it must be fixed
Hopefully it'll get patched to the other servers soon.

Correct, Kerech, this is fixed on blight but has not yet been patched to the live servers.
