Two quests from Tazoon asks for NPCs in Dalimond.
I'm having trouble finding them, I'm looking for Jeffery from the Grant Smith quest and Eujeam the carpenter trainer for a visitor's pass. Were these NPCs removed or jsut where I'm not looking?

I think Jeffery is at 22698,22663 and eujean is at 22805,22639
I just lost the game.

Eujean is outside the gate on the right with his woodworking things.
Hurray! Morrison is back at his house near Bristugo!
And the wisps on wisp isle are moving again!
