[Fixed] Drain Bolt VI Quest

The first step of the quest requires, among other things, 15 soul fragments. I couldn't get a single one to drop in 30 minutes beating on all sizes of Arbotus, and the quest itself provides absolutely no suggestion as to where to get them, so working off the assumption from what little I could find (namely that the fragments are meant to drop off of anything) the quest seems to be broken.

Soul frags only drop now if you have the khuhit quest active as they have been taken off the loot table.

It has been mentioned in another thread before that they need to be made to drop on this quest, but i have seen no mention on the patch notes so far to indicate that this has been changed.

As of delta 185 the quest won't require Soul Fragments as one of the items in the list.
