I'm on Chaos, Lvl 100 and just made the new scrolls, the SH2 scroll has a level minimum of 36 i think. When I right click to use it reads I do not meet the requirements. Anyone else having this issue?

There is currently a maximum level for usage, so this is likely why you can't use it. Will look into fixing it for the next patch.
