The following changes were applied to Blight test server today:

* Monsters who had a chance to drop "no loot" as one of the possible drops will no longer cause the monster to drop no loot what so ever.

* If loot browse results come back and there's nothing to loot, provide feedback message to players that differentiates between there is no loot possible (ever) or just this particular monster had no loot.

* Loot window will still open even if a monster has no loot to give so that players know for certain that the looting process was completed.

This means that all monsters should provide something by way of feedback when a player attempts to loot, and the loot window should always open.
