Mobs not spawning on Order

area around Bayn Hill

I was playing an alt character, working on the Skulk Slayer quest and noticed that the area around Bayn Hill seems to be bugged. My alt is a lvl 40 half-giant monk. When I entered this area, her health started dropping rapidly, and she died. No mobs were showing, and I did not show any damage in my combat chat channel.

I have seen that happen before in an area where there seems to be no people for a while. I usually run out of area and heal up...slow come back in area and wait for mobs to pop.
