Thread: Plot reclaimation questions...

    Default Plot reclaimation questions...

We had a guildie who had to suddenly leave the game and had several workshops and storage on their plot. This is in a guild town where we own the guild plot. What will happen to that plot once reclaimation happens? Will it be razed like they sold it back to the community? Will it stay as if they were trying to sell it? Something else?

In my experience, a message goes out to other members of the guild community who also own plots there with a warning that it is going to be reclaimed about a week beforehand. At that point, another guild member who has a open property slot can file a ticket asking to own it. The ownership then gets transferred with all property/contents intact to the new owner. Note that all the storage permissions get set to deny all as part of the process, so the new owner will need to reset them.

    Awdz is correct.

And if nothing happens, then the plot/lair gets razed and all the items stored in the plot/lair goes into the ex-owner's vault for storage and most of the constructions supplies that were used to build on the plot/lair get converted to novians and then they go to the ex-owner's vault for storage. The plot/lair then is put back up for sale to any member of the guild that owns the guild community and a little white flag goes up over the plot marker to show it is available.

If this is the key plot to the guild community, (I'm not 100% on this, but I think this is what I've seen on some of my neighboring guild communities) the the guildhouse is also razed (the foundation of the guildhouse stays though), the key plot is made available for sale to the general public and any unowned satellite plots are not available for sale until the key plot is bought & the guildhouse is rebuilt.

English doesn't borrow from other languages. English follows other languages down dark alleys, knocks them over & goes through their pockets for loose grammar. -=Paraphased from James Nicoll=- Unicorn's Lady's Dalliance

Not exactly, They go into the vault of the last person that handled the items.

So if someone else other than the plot owner was the last person to place that item into a guildhouse, then it will go back into their vault (not the plot owners).

So, in theory, one could create a guilded alt that went into each building and took and replaced each item in it so that when the building went poof, the alt would receive all the items, creating a withdraw only collection of items.

Does it actually work that way?
