Considering I know a certain hatchling that needs it for his Helian Rite of Passage, hopefully. (Since it seems they actually have to "loot" the item themself as a Helian)
I've been told two locations (But not confirmed either)
One "possible" location is the Deadpit that is southwest of Chiconis. Evidently there is some sort of wraith thing here.
Another one is the Western Deadlands, but the person who was told this and went looking never found any.
Those are all I've heard.

I know for fact that wraith ectoplasm isnt dropping anymore.. they are not even in the loot tables.. are you sure that they have to loot them ? or just kill the wraiths..?

It doesn't. Has to be looted by the Hatchling in question to trigger the quest step completion.

Update: was helping Chiptus and a wraith overseer droppedit in the WD. It worked in his quest.
So they are dropping and I was wrong earlier [:P] [B]

yep, wraith overseers drop ecotplasm, and the drop rate is great. after i went with frons i went to help someone else and we got two.
