Tier 4 Pawn Broker buying at 4% instead of 20%?

Perhaps I am missing something here, yet the documentation on this site states that the t4 PB should buy at 20%, yet when I sell an item for 32c the Pawn Broker then lists it for 800c. Is the "price" of the item 160c and the PB then adds a 5x mark up to the item? Are folks seeing the same type of margins on the other tier Pawn Brokers as well?

So a bit of further investigation gives a buy price for a marble brick of 54c at a T5 PB, and a buy price of 48c at a T4 PB. With a stated buy percentage of 22.5% and 20% respectively this would set the price at 240c. So apparently the town PB and old style player built PB are also set at 20% since they also buy at 48c. If this is the intended setup then there is no reason whatsoever to build any of the t4 or below PB, as the old stlye are a LOT smaller footprint and resource costs, especially since you can get a PB and a connie in the same building.

If anyone has put up a T3 or lower PB on Chaos give a shout so we can see if this really is as screwy as it seems.

One reason someone might build a T1 or T2 pawnbroker is that the footprint is 8x8, smaller than any of the old ones. And the resources required are incredibly much less. Probably the same for the other pawn shops as well.
