    Default Quartermaster Titles

Lately, I've seen a lot of questions pertaining to which quartermaster holds which techniques. While this is a good thing in that people are trying to get it sorted out, there lies the issue with those of us who aren't quite sure anymore. Since the Quartermaster Council reshuffled everything into different tiers and such, I would like to propose a little change for the benefit of the people of Istaria. Instead of just "Quartermaster" as the title of our friends in the various racial towns, I propose they have more specific titles. For instance:
Sandstone Craft Quartermaster (this one would handle tier 1 craft techs)
Bronze Weapon Quartermaster (this one would handle the tier 1 armor and weapon techs)
Cedar Life Quartermaster (this one would handle the tier 1 stat techs)
Dim Spell Quartermaster (this one would handle tier 1 spell techs)

Following this same example, the use of the tiered stone would be crafting techs, the tiered metal would be for armor/weapon buffs. Tiered woods would be for the stat techniques. And the tiered essence would pertain to spell techniques.

Such anomalies as the socket techs could be either dispersed to their pertinent quartermasters or remain with Melli at Sslanis. Dyes would remain the sole management of Marcus at Kion.

Statistic, Craft, Dye and Socket are the only purchasable techniques. Adventure/Ability, Defense and Spell techniques are loot-only.
