Disrepair
Recently a thundering roar could be heard in dralk as well as a violent tremble in the ground felt. Investigations showed that a lair had collapsed.
Runos' lair had fallen into great disrepair over the course of time as there had been nobody there to keep it in good condition. The owner, Runos, is not at all upset and is just glad nobody was inside, save for a few forged constructs. The constructs miraculously were fine as well, having dug or oozed themselves out of the rubble dented slightly, but mostly unharmed.
"Oh... well is inevitable... was hoping to fix but d'na find it fixable. Figured best to just stay out until it happens as taking it apart would have caused it by now. It is not a loss, Iea can shape a brand new lair anew." was all the grey had to say.
((I've deconstructed my lair in dralk and replanned it to hold all T6 machines. Crafters rejoice, you'll have public storage and machines for the gems and cobalt over the hill.))
