choose various player map marker

i just wonder if we could choose our player marker on the map. a dragon marker will match to a dragon but not to a biped.
so, what I'm looking for is something like:

- Arrow
- Cross
- Dot (the old one)

Just add a new line in the options window for choosing the player map marker.
any chance ?

I fully agree with OP: "a dragon marker will match to a dragon but not to a biped".
Although the new map marker is great in the way it now points and turns in the direction you are facing/going it would be nice to have a "biped version" of the marker. Imho an arrow would be most appropriate for bipeds
Istaria is after all not only a "dragon game", there are some biped races playing too!

Please yes. I thought that it was going to be selectable in game options, but it never came to pass. I'd like to be able to get my dot back.
