Logged out of the game asI, as so many others,too experienced troubles with vault, inventory and even gifts not showing up or working. But it'r about an hour since I logged and at that time it had been going on for at least an hour. I normally don't complain about what happens but, some kind of info or reaction from GN would be in place by now! Here or at login-page! [:(]

I'm pretty sure about they even know about the problems.
It's weekend and they shown before that there is no 24/7 on
weekend. Earthling will remember 5x hours rollback, where
GN didn't have a clue about it.
I don't know who is the Responsible person for this, but
I know I would blushed in shame to take money for this.

Maybe faulty hardware issue (dead hamster) wasn't replaced with a new model (cheap hamster from advert in local paper).

it seems that we still did NOT get any information on what's happening at the login server, that MUST be changed.
As a hard working man i know that sometimes things can go the wrong way and cause irritation by the customers, but to NOT take care and give absolutelyno Informationis gettin people only more upset....
So pleaselet us know what's the problem and what you intend to do to solve it....

I love Horizon, but this is really wearing on me. Was looking forward to lving shaman to the top, and now i see we have the same problems as yesterday. Does this mean rollback? If so im not sure i can take it....[:(]

Chances of a rollback are very low, they just need to fix the login part of the game, other guild mates are online in game atm, its just us people who can't get it that are stuck.

Recent problems... sorry must have a memory like a gold fish with a short term mempry problem here.. IMO recent is a week or two.. in computing recent is an hour ago... this seems to be more of an extended issue[:^)]

Have you ALL submitted a ticket to customer service (tech sertvice?) or only two or three of you?
I advice you ALL to GO SUBMIT A TICKET RIGHT NOW as more tickets about the same problem come in (login problems) an emerghencie call will be made but not if only a couple of people send in a ticket. because they will think its just a minor glidge and as i see this everyone has the same problem.
On the loginpage the link is called [Tech Support] login in there with your email you use to login and your password and go to request help then write down "login failed multiple times, error id 11 (transport error) and lost connection" and send.
As more people send in a ticket as faster the staff will be informed and as faster the people at gn can react even if they get called in from home.
