Has anyone been able to complete the DC quest in say the last 2 weeks?

One day before a maintenance the Tempest golems were extinct. After the reboot they were back.

Just wait around for them to spawn. They will show up :)

I completed the quest last night,along with a good friend.

I also saw the form drop from a fyakki several nights ago.

Of an interesting side note. I received both rank quests, the rook and the second one (Forgot the name ..Ravenmaybe?) at the same time.. and was able to perform them concurrently, when I finished the one, I had finished the other. Got 9 Nature tokens from each one.
