What are the triggers to be able to do this quest? My carpenter level is now 23 and weaver is 16, but the quest doesn't show in the dialog.

I'd like to be able to create the cedar baskets which are all level 100 skill, my base weaving is 160, so they are certainly within my skillset.

A friend did quest when I had problem and told me that creating 100 elm boards was required. So I took my carpenter to lumbering base 207 and still this quest won't appear.

Why can't I get the beginner wood reed formula so that I can create cedar baskets and level my weaver at the same time?? Why is elm a requirement to get this formula??

You must be in weaver class to have quest appear

Yes I was in my weaver class and it doesn't appear.

The quest is not based on your weaving skill, but on your Weaver level. And you are only level 16 in Weaver and trying to get a Tier2 quest. You need to be at least level 20 in Weaver.

You can, once you reach level 20 and do the quest.
