I'd try to hazard a translation, but the Atlantic Ocean spans, jeez... four time zones? Three? Too many, I don't know which that is!
http://www.worldtimeserver.com/convert_time_in_UTC.aspx is the answer if we can pin down what time Runos is speaking of!

You can also Search the keyword "Moscow", then you will have the hours for various timezones:
Midnight : Moscow
10pm : Berlin
9pm : London
4pm : New York
1pm : Los Angeles
8am : Sydney
6am : Tokyo
