"Select a Character" empty?

When I try to login today, the launcher.jar keeps showing an empty window in "Select a Character", where there should be my character's name for Order and Blight, and the options to create one for each shard.

With the classic launcher, it gets an error just after trying to validate the user's name and password:

"Microsoft.NET Framework

The processus can't reach the file 'D:\Istaria\Launcher\<User's name>.lopt', as it is used by another processus."

I can login on Order without using the launcher, though.

The launcher.jar is normal again, now, as the shard is in maintenance.
