techniques

I have 7 tech.'s in my Knowledge folder when I left click all get is a description,when I right click all I get is a pop up box with: show details,delete selected tech.,prop.,and close.I need help on how to create and or use a tech.

Techs are applied when you make an item, and only certain techs can be applied to a given item.

When making the item, you select the tech from the list available and it shows the extra materials you will need in order to apply it. If you have all the items needed in your inventory, then you can make the tech'd item.
