Anyone else having trouble logging in 7/5/11?

I've got the clear world objects cache checked, and I still log in to a blank blue sky. The loading gets as far as putting my hotkey bars in, and then stops. I get the same result for all characters on the account....

I was in-game earlier, then had to log for work. My wife just crashed about 15 minutes ago and is having trouble logging back in, though.

As of right now (And about 20-30 mins ago) There's been what seems to be a serverwide something going on...

Mobs aren't dropping loot but they do give experience

Crafting doesn't give you your items at all (Making slabs into bricks, you get no bricks and lose the slabs)

Login servers seem to take forever to load, as we speak I have a secondary free account still in limbo (after 20 mins loading)

and other tiny issues popping up every few mins...

Wondering if this has happened before, if the server needs to be restarted, has Maintenance effected the server somehow?

Also people are worried about losing their characters for some silly reason... I'd like reassurance for these people that a character wipe won't be necessary... I haven't seen one except on Unity since Beta

Stuck on loading after several attempts over the last hour.

My wife has managed to get back in 3 times, but immediately crashed to desktop and hasn't been able to load since the last one (over an hour ago).

I'm online fine, wish I woulda known this would happen or I'd've gotten on my adult dragon rather than my hatchling... Only problem is that it seems to be laggy, or more like a stationary problem with everything.. and I'm speaking metaphorically....

and login is taking forever... I have a second account trying to get in, and its still loading... I logged it in about 15 mins ago...

It seems to be server wide and those who're online are doing ok besides those things... I haven't checked quests or teleporting yet.. dunno if I want to lol

I've merged the various threads into one to better track information.

We've let the facility manager know there may be problems.

Alright I just got everything from crafting and monsters now.. Not sure about login server yet...

Sat there loading for 35 minutes, but it finally loaded. No issues yet, but I haven't tried to do anything.
