Ich soll heute mein Account bei Horizons verlängern. ?
Für solch einen Incompetence, und kunden unfreundlichkeit ihrerseits soll ich zahlen ?
Keiner ihrer mitarbeiter ist in der Lage einmal n die Foren zu schauen, keiner ihrer mitarbeiter ist in der Lage zu sagen warum der server nicht geht.
Keiner ihrer mitarbeiter ist in der Lage im Support nachzusehen welche mails dort liegen.
Und genau für diesen Service Sollen wir Kunden auch bezahlen.
Sollte ich meinen Account bei ihnen Wirklich weiter bezahlen, so verlange ich eine Officele entschuldigung ihrerseits.
Sollte ich von Ihnen bis zum Sonnabend abend nichts hören, werde ich meinen Account nicht verlängern, und ich werde dafür sorge tragen das sie meinen und weitere Accounts von Horizones nie Wieder sehen und Activiert werden.

For such an Incompetence and customers I shall for her part pay unfriendliness?

None of their employees is able to look which mails in the support there lie.
And we also shall exactly pay customers for this service.
If I should pay my account really further at them, then I demand an Officele excuse for her part.
I should hear nothing from you until Saturday evening, I won't prolong my account and I will take care for it this mean it and further accounts never see and become Activiert of Horizones again.
