Level 10-20 blacksmith and outfitter quests

I have finished the New Trismus quests for Blacksmith and Outfitter including the quests to speak to the trainers in Kion but none of the trainers are offering me any quest now. The Kion trainers will offer me training equipment but that is all. Currently I am a level 12 Warrior, level 12 Outfitter and Level 10 Blacksmith.

Can anyone tell me how/where I can get more craft quests?

The quests for crafters are only in to help teach you the basics and get you started in the basic schools. They do not continue past level 10.

So how do you get the lore tokens now to buy more formula? It does not appear that the trainers sell all the formulas for coin so I am assuming you still get the others from the quartermasters.

Lore tokens are obsolete now. Formulas are purchased using coin
You can sell your lore tokens (and IBM's) to an NPC in New Rachival for coin.

Outfitter and Armorer trainers would be the ones to try. If you can't find a trainer that sells it, it's probably drop/formulatron -only
