I would like to see fish cleaning houses near the lakes and shores to clean my fish. Small building with cooking table would be excellent. Even better would be tiered houses. Then I could build one on my plot.

Cooking Tables are often used as finishing machines so putting them into the field isn't feasible. And you can build a Confectioner's Shop (tiered) on your plot currently that comes with a Cooking Table.
