Why has Bhal'kuk Chieftain's Molar been made obsolete?
Which in turn you can't make Expert Tech Kit: Deadly V which requires Bhal'kuk Chieftain's Molar because it does not drop anymore.

It was made obsolete because its too rare. The tech kit will be fixed with the next patch.
