how long will this boring "harvest/craft" event last?

i hate this non-existing monster spawn

i like to adventure and hunt monsters

not to search for a new monster several minutes

can anyone tell me how long we have to live with this situation?

The spawn is not due to the event; there are/were actual problems with the way in which spawns occur and AE has been trying to find an acceptable solution to this problem. I believe the current system is that monsters spawn according to if a player is in the area or not. I think this was the wrong way to do it, as you do need to wait a bit for the monsters to come in. (Have your char sit near the spawnwhile you get a soda and a snack; it helps a bit sometimes)

I for one would like to see the Harvest festival event on Unity before anything else happens. All we need is Jacques to arrive in the racial cities and then we can all enjoy this event. I appreciate that on the NA shards Jacques has been and gone, but for those of us where Unity is our main home (despite Order being a secondary retreat for myself) I think it's about time we had the actual event.

The biggest problem I see is thatwith thenew event arriving on the NA shards... A couple of days later Unity gets the same patches, and we've moved onto a new event, most likely leaving us in a situation where we will have missed out altogether on what is a very enjoyable and community-spirit enriching event [:(]

Going to bump a thread in the Unity forum in the small hope that Luca might respond and let us know when we're going to see the arrival of Jacques.

don't know how, but there were pumpkin decorations in Harro yesterday. Saw them as I ran past, didn;t investigate though, lazy cat.

Have you heard how much people are complaining about the blight anchors, if they took over 5 cities people would throw a fit...it makes me sick...ill probably get b*tched at for saying that but oh well...

The whole point of WA attacks or raids or taking over land is that it is supposed to annoy us....believe it or not an enemy should not schedule thier attacks to comply with the "attacked persons" needs. Then when the person feels that they are being attacked too badly or that they are being "hurt" too much, they dont just say "hey your not playing fiar back off!".

Im rambling but eh im sure there was supposed to be a point in there some where...hehe

We could use raids with rewards to actually defending the city beyond keeping what we already had. There needs to be some kind of personal reward in there in my opinion. (High rate of forumla and tech drops would be a great start)

And where characters of all levels can participate . . . AE can't cater to the 80+s ALL the time (or do you want the continued emphasis of PLing toward 100 mainly to be in such events?).
