- Lower recycle to 60 seconds
- Raise duration of buff to 1 hour

Shimmer Field
- Lower recycle to 60 seconds
- Raise duration of buff to 1 hour
- Remove shared recycle

Fiery Judge
- Lower recycle to 120 seconds
