Killing this elusive beetle was the first of my Spiritist Trainer quests so I thought I'd share his spawning location with others. He spawns at approx. 20835, 23945. This location is a beach just to the SE of Kion. I found this unusual since the trainer had told me the beetles were bothering people South of Kion and to look for the named beetle West of Kion but i found him at the aformentioned location nonetheless. I found the location with the help of a rank 23 Spiritist that told me he had killed the beetle at this location twice before. Also the beetle was not there when we first got there and it took us over an hour of killing regular sand beetles before the named beetle spawned, me and two others killed him without difficulty.
