"Head of Mani the Dire Wolf" geted by dragon.
As far as I know, "Head of Mani the Dire Wolf" is a special quest item.
and only bipeds can take that quest.
but I (as a dragon) loot this item already twice, and without any quest task.
I'm not sure, is it a bug or not, but if it is a bug, please correct it.

Try take it to one of the guards in Aug... they may or may not pay you for it (just make sure it is in your inventory and not in a pouch).
You also may have to be lvl 100... clearly a lot of guessing there on my behalf, sorry I'm not very helpful.
Otherwise, it does sound like a bug

February 2010 Content will shed light on the issue. Quests are: One for biped Ranger and one for Biped Outfitter. Dragons are not elligible for either quest or for any quest involving the attuned Mani's Head.
