Looks good, though I suggest a different power supply:
If you're on a budget: here
If you absolutely can't sleep unless you have way too much capacity: here

The power supply you selected is /okay/, though the quality of the power it provides is dirtier compared to the ones above. The two power supplies linked above are slightly more efficient as well, meaning more power goes into your computer and less gets wasted as heat.

As far as power budget goes, your system configuration will probably not go above 300W at full-tilt, leaving plenty of headroom for a graphics card, even with the cheaper 620W power supply.

Focusing on the Seasonic 620W vs Corsair 800W, the first visible difference is price -- almost $40 less. From an electronic standpoint, the output of the Seasonic contains less variation, or ripple.

A power supply will always have some variation in its output voltage. If it's supposed to put out 12.00V, it might put out 12.04V one instant, and 11.92V the next instant. When viewed as a line graph of voltage over time, the line forms a wave; hence the term ripple.

You want the ripple to be as small as possible -- those small variations can cause stability problems. In the case of the Seasonic, the ripple on the 12V output under full load (when ripple gets the worst) is a tad under 25mV peak-to-peak[1]. Compare to the Corsair, which develops 60mV peak-to-peak ripple[2].

It's worth noting that both outputs are within tolerance (must be less than 120mV peak-to-peak), though cleaner power is generally a sign of better design, better components, and better build quality.

As for the LEDs, you won't see much of them. It's not like the case doesn't have enough already in the fans.

Personally... I don't like the whole CPU & GPU being in the same unit... but to each their own. But.. other then that, it looks like your new choice of motherboard will do what is intended.
Elated that HZ is no longer in the hands of the Infidels.

Now.. I may have to split my time between 2 games... CS:S and HZ...

You might want to consider a mid-range 3d card to go with the Intel system -- it may be a little slow for your tastes. In these comparisons, the Intel IGP can be 2/3 to 4/5 the speed of the AMD one.
