Large Tavern in Augh

Today Mobs from the Anchor overwhelmed the Tavern Keeper on the plot next to the Augh pad, killing the Tavern Keeper. Now no one can access the Tavern Keeper for the food stored. Keeps saying "You do not have permission to trade with that target". Could this be looked into and figure out why this has happened?

I heard that the large tavern bonus did not return with the recovery of food availability - if true, has this been fixed?

I was hoping that after maintenance we would get back the bonus of the tavern. The food is accessible but the bonus has not come back. Would really like someone in the Developers to look into this.
