Environment Mods?

Is there a mod out there that can change the environment into different styles? Such as... a mod to make the world look misty like Peak of Storms, or to blaze it red like in Dralk, or blue like underwater? I guess there's two different categories that this question could pertain to... 'atmospheric' and/or 'terrain values' like the Winter mod I saw earlier.

It would be really awesome, though, to have that misty PoS all over...

Additionally, is there a mod that can lock the time of in-game day to night, sunrise/set, day, etc?

There is a mod for Dralk too make it actually more black and molten like, it was on the forums. somewhere o.O

There's SetTime for the night/day thing.. one second days, 15 hour nights.. ect. But you can manually swap files around to get PoS all over but you'd have to know your way around the files~
