Tier II (levels below 40) to start at port pad on Abandoned Island
Tier III (levels below 60) to start at port pad at Rift's Edge
Tier IV (levels below 80) to start at port pad in Winter Vale
Tier V (levels below 100) to start at port pad in Delgarath
Tier VI (can get into Dralnok's Doom) to start at port pad in Dralnok's Doom

1) Both current adventure and craft levels must be no higher than the tier of competition.
2) Characters must be visible to /who for confirmation of 1).
3) Starting time of 1st race is 10 am Pacific Daylight Time/1 pm Eastern Daylight Time. Other race starting times will be announced in Marketplace chat after the prior race has finished.
4) Where flying ability makes a difference vs. running, separate 1st & 2nd place prizes may be awarded at the discretion of the judge (me, since I made all the keys).
