No road bonus... Server go down? the config file issue

:o I logged in today, downloaded the patch, got online, and noticed my vault was waaaay overloaded... Nicely enough though, I could pull stuff out of it... I went to go to the Pawn broker and cosigner to get rid of excess weight, and low and behold; no road speed bonus.

I am sure this is just a config file needing to be rechecked to allow the bonus... Just curious what else has been tagged in a config like file? Or is that non-disclosure info?

It appears that all the newbie towns dont have road bonuses at the moment. Please Devs can we get this fixed as alot of people rely on these bonuses.

I started noticing last night that sometimes the road bonuses worked and sometimes they didn't depending on what area I was in. This was in New Tris (Chaos). However, today it does appear that road bonuses are not working anywhere as far as I can tell.
