Breath of Ice flask
Not sure if this has been has asked before, but is the flask you drink at the end of the Breath of Ice quest supposed to be lv50 even though it's a lv40 quest??. I have noticed for awhile now that people have been doing the quest but can't actually use the flask until they're lv50, I'm assuming it's because despite the quests being changed, the flasks still have the old requirements from when all the breath quests were available at lv50 (minus Breath of Acid of course).

It should be 40, that is a bug.
