Entombed will

I'm at the part of the lunus RoP where I need to kill the entombed will. The first time I tried to kill it I died. I found some help a few hours later and went back to the entombed dragon. I talked to him again but this time the entombed will won't spawn. I have now tried talking to him several times and it still won't spawn.

Unfortunately, you have to go to the devs to regain your quest. That requires killing the Enslavers and gathering the 25 silver fragments again. The Entombed Will doesn't respawn.
