I came to discover that there are no glowing wisps at Driftpoint. Was this was an intentional removal, or is it an actual bug?

I've seen them (rarely) around Heather, but the Drift Point ones pewfed for me too... maybe it's that vacation bug returning.

Drift Point still has a glowing wisp spawn, but its a linked spawn and its very limited. There are quite a few other places to gather glowing essence that have a higher density.
