I believe she meant that it's perfectly right to submit an RP thread. =P

Edit: Which it is, but you'd have to have a good "plot" for the RP to aim towards. I don't believe I've seen an "aimless" RP thread in the RP section before, but that's just me. I don't see a problem with it.
