world hole?

for a LONG time now, i've hated to go to feledan and the maple woods, why?
because of the world hole there.
no matter how many times i relog, no matter how many times i clear my cache it ALWAYS there. it covers almost directly outside of feledan, and the part of the forest which is covered in knolls, and has the blighted area - i can't say how many times i've almost flew into that small blight area without knowing it because the ground NEVER appears.

is this somehting i can fix? or is it a little more complicated?

as a side note it took so long; to relog from other holes which were attatched but fixed easily, but this world hole never went.
