Lightning Blast
I'm not sure if this is a bug or something intended...but I thought I'd ask about it in any case.
The Expert Spell: Lightning Blast formula you receive from a quest in Winter's Vale from Rane, seems a little odd.
It requires 980 nature skill to use and does nature damage...but none of the listed classes that can use the spell are nature schools. They are mostly arcane schools...WIZ, MAG, SORC, BTLM etc. Just wondering if thats as intended?

I was wondering too, but i was informed in game that Amon confirmed here on forums that it is intended. Can't find it since apparently the search and the new forum doesn't work well together.
To be noted that while requiring nature skill and doing nature damage, the spell color icon is like the ones from the flame school.
While not minding it being limited to arcane classes, I would really love to see it being useable by all classes like bolts and some other spells are.

I can also confirm, that this is intended. Amon basically said it is meant for multi-classed peds. Haven't actually used it, only cause I don't run around as Chaos Warrior anymore, nor have I teched it. But the quest series was fun

Correct, the spell is meant to be Arcane because you are receiving it from a Mage at the Mage Tower.
