Poss new problem?

A few times now recently (like the last week) i've logged in to find i'm stuck at a max of 6FPS but average of 4FPS.
Nothing i alter ingame affects this really slow speed.
The only way to fix it is to re-boot the laptop and log-in again. Repeat untill it works (longest was 3 attempts)
Checked on my side and everything normal. Pinging at 31 with a conn of over 10meg.

Anyone else?

had lowest of 4fps and highs of 8fps sometimes recently, too
usually lingers aorund 30fps besides these few times recently

I'm getting 6 fps in Bristugo on a 8GB i7 with 2GB video card....
