Master Blank Spell Shards

I noticed while the wife was crafting and asking a question about marble spell shards a difference in form requirements.
She has the expert form and the requirements for the marble spell shards are 800/1000. I have the master form and the requirements are 800/1100 for marble shards. Can any one else verify that?

Expert is 800-1000 for me

On my biped expert is 800/1000 for Marble, and on my dragon master is 800/1100 for Marble.

If you look at the progression for the tiers on the Master form, I would say that the Expert is low.
1-200
200-425
400-650
600-875
800-1100
1100-1425

Confirmed on Order shard. I have both Master and Expert forms scribed; Master has opt skill at 1100 while expert has opt skill at 1000.
