Harton Valley and Selen are also missing gatekeepers. I spoke to all the Militia Guards I could find at Selen in case the attunement had been moved to one of them with no success. This was after clearing cache by hand on my computor to make sure the problem wasn't on my end.

Order had one of its servers crash overnight and this is causing the issue. System Admin decided to leave it alone since there was a regular maintenance today. Closing this as its not a bug.
