Launcher / login server down

Getting "connection refused: connect" error pop up when try to load a client. This is before even clicking the login button on front page of launcher.

I am getting the same thing, on two different computers. My Internet connect is up and working fine.

I can' get to the support page - https://support.istaria.com/

Sorry I didn't follow up on this post initially, but, yes, the websites were down for about 15 minutes. This would have prevented players from logging in.
